Hi, I'm Chris!

I spent three years as a Customer Success Manager at Microsoft, including a stint as a Product Manager on Xbox Game Pass. My dream job on paper. I quit anyway, because I wanted to build something that was actually mine.

Now I'm all in on content creation and UGC, documenting the whole journey along the way, doubts included. Turns out the discipline that got me through corporate and my first half Ironman translates pretty well into showing up for a brand every single day.

I'm based in Australia, I run @charmsescapes, and I care more about whether the content performs than whether it looks nice in a portfolio.
